“Spirit Garden”
Olympic Rainforest, Washington
One of the most remote wilderness places anywhere in the US, I spent weeks backpacking into this lush paradise and photographing it. Washington’s Olympic holds immeasurable beauty, but it is amazingly difficult to capture in a photograph. This magical morning was one of my best attempts.
